The BIS quality mark is a mandatory certification for all toys sold in India, as it ensures that the products meet certain safety and quality standards.

The CCPA has ordered the companies to immediately remove all non-compliant toys from their platforms and submit a report on the action taken within 15 days. Failure to comply with the notice may result in penalties and fines.
